***  THE 2012 NAPA VALLEY BRIDAL SHOW IS SOLD OUT!  IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED AS A VENDOR,
        ALL CONTRACTS AND MONEY ARE DUE FRIDAY, JANUARY 13th BY 5:00.....

We are excited to have you participate in the Eighth Annual Napa Valley Bridal Show! This gala event will be held at the EMBASSY SUITES-Napa Valley
 on Sunday, January 22nd, 2012. The event will begin at 11:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. This is an exciting opportunity for local wedding professionals to exhibit
their talents to brides, grooms and their friends and families. You will have the opportunity to speak directly to potential customers and showcase your products or services. 

The 2012 Napa Valley Bridal Show will be promoted via:

q                 December 2011 and January 2012 issues of the Napa Valley Marketplace and Contra Costa Marketplace magazines;

q                  Display ads in area newspapers in December and January;

q                  Direct marketing to prospective engaged couples;

q                   Publicity releases to local media, newspapers & radio stations;

q                  Posters, banners and flyers to be distributed by local businesses;

q                    Extensive internet exposure;


           
As a participant, your exhibitor fee includes:

q       One 8’ X 10’ booth space with a 6’ table.  A basic floor length table covering is included.  (All booths will be assigned on a first-come/ first-served basis.)

q       A list of all brides who registered at the event, including their wedding date, e-mail contact and address for use in direct mail campaigns.

q       Your business name and website link in the Vendor page of our website.

 ***      We are looking for Sponsors for this event! Benefits include: Larger booth in the Fountain Courtyard; Oral mentions of your business at the fashion show
where your generous Prize will be given away in front of 250 to 300 persons. Your logo and website link on our website index page AND on the Sponsor Page.
Also, Tote Stuffing of your brochure in all the Bridal Bags. The total cost is $ 550.00 to become a sponsor!  Call Bruce to discuss!!
